Do you offer any promotions?

We offer periodic promotions; just make sure you're signed up for our mailing list, and you'll always be in the know. Please note that any applicable discount or gift with purchase will be reflected in your shopping cart before checkout, and discounts cannot be combined.

I love my Prose, and I want to spread the word! Do you have a referral program?

We do! If you're a returning customer, you can refer your friends by clicking "Refer a Friend" in your account page. Each friend will receive a $20 discount, which will be automatically applied at checkout. Once they've placed their order, you'll receive a $20 credit in your account.

I found a discount code online, and it's not working—what should I do?

We work with various affiliates to offer special discounts to new customers. Please note that these offers are typically valid for first-time customers only, and may have additional stipulations.

There is no "discount code" field at checkout, as these discounts are redeemed by entering a unique Prose URL. If you're eligible for a discount but you're running into issues with your discount link, let us know via our contact form here.
